Mini Maker Faire Barcelona
Graphic Design for this event organized by SokoTech.
Graphic design and visual identity for the Mini Maker Faire Barcelona 2016, creating event branding, promotional materials, and printed assets aligned with Maker Faire Global guidelines.

Overview
Maker Faire is a community-based event that brings together makers, tech enthusiasts, educators, artists, engineers, and entrepreneurs to showcase their projects, share knowledge, and inspire others to explore creativity and technology. The Mini Maker Faire is a smaller-scale edition that maintains the spirit of the global event while adapting it to the local community.
My role in the project
I collaborated with SokoTech on the graphic design of the local Mini Maker Faire 2016 edition, developing its visual identity and communication materials in alignment with the guidelines established by Maker Faire Global. My work included the local edition logo, flyers, event program, roll-ups, and other promotional and informational assets.
The Challenge
The challenge was to translate Maker Faire’s global visual identity into a distinctive local edition, creating a cohesive and recognizable image that communicated the event’s creative, educational, and community-driven spirit across different communication formats.
The Solution

I developed a visual identity for the local Mini Maker Faire that respected the global brand guidelines while adapting the event’s image to its specific context. The identity was applied consistently across the logo, printed materials, event program, signage, and promotional assets, helping establish a unified visual presence throughout the event.
